Run & Roll

Untitled

I always dream of a home with a cosy patio that faces a lovely garden, where the children play as the adults converse over cake and coffee. Just the way it was each time my siblings and I gathered in Rembau. Oh, the cake and coffee are merely my preference though. The Chembong Clan, based on our previous tea times, preferred Chef Asmah's Cucur Badak. Thank you, Mak.

Thank you, Ayah, too, for the maintained turf. The children never hesitated to explore the backyard barefooted. Neither were they doubtful about rolling on the grass. The adults, needless to say, encouraged the children to do more.

My dream will be materialised soon, I am optimistic. Meanwhile, Khalish and his cousins may enjoy their grandparents' garden and I shall relish such moments with innumerable photos. Shared today are those from the recent weekends.

Khalish and Ivy.
(I can't wait for the day that all the children reunite again.)

Of course, my father, the head of the clan.
Sometimes, also the gardener, only because he loves the task.
